TERMS & CONDITIONS
RETURNS & REFUSALS
- Please check your order carefully. Embellished or altered garments are not returnable.
- Please report packing errors, defects, and unwanted goods within 72 hours of receipt.
- A return authorization is required for all returns. Unwanted goods need to be reported within 14 days of invoice and goods need to be returned to SUN APPAREL by the 30th day.
- Defects may be returned for credit, provided they are undecorated product. If they have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered, they will not be accepted. Defects must be marked with tape.
- Return of unwanted merchandise is subject to prior approval, will be charged a 20% restocking fee and can only be used as a credit.
- Sales are final on all CLOSEOUT items. No returns.
- No credit will be given until merchandise is received into our warehouse and counts confirmed.
- Merchandise that is not purchased from SUN APPAREL will be returned at the sender's expense or disposed of by SUN APPAREL.
- We reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges on all returned or refused orders including pick-up orders.
- Claims for goods lost or damaged during delivery must be made directly with the carrier. Please hold goods and packaging for inspection by the carrier if damaged.
- No Refunds.
GARMENT COLOR
- We cannot guarantee exact color match across dye lots, styles, sizes or manufacturers, however, we will attempt to match your order as closely as possible.
- Due to the manufacturing process of blended fabrics, cotton content may be reduced. Please refer to the manufacturer's catalog for fabric details.
SUN APPAREL CUSTOMER PROTECTION
- To protect our customers, SUN APPAREL is strictly wholesale and will not sell to the public.
- Companies that embellish apparel, contract or broker with companies that embellish apparel or companies that our customers have asked us to sell to may open an account with SUN APPAREL.
AMERICAN APPAREL PURCHASING TERMS
- If we sell you any products from American Apparel LLC (“American Apparel), you agree to be strictly bound by these additional terms. You may not resell or reconvey any American Apparel products to any person or entity, under any circumstances or through any means, unless you first substantially modify those products by printing, embellishing, or decorating them so as to clearly distinguish them from American Apparel's product line. American Apparel shall have sole discretion to determine whether you have adequately distinguished the products. As a condition of buying American Apparel products from us now, you agree that these terms apply to ALL American Apparel products you now have or later acquire, whether or not obtained from us and whether or not such products were previously or would otherwise be subject to these terms. You acknowledge and agree that these terms are for the express benefit of American Apparel; that American Apparel is an intended third-party beneficiary of these terms; and that American Apparel shall be entitled directly, independently, and in its own name to enforce these terms, including (but not limited to) through lawsuits or other proceedings to enforce them. Only American Apparel may agree to waive or modify any of these terms, and any such waiver or modification must be in writing. The prevailing party in any proceeding to enforce or arising out of these terms shall be entitled to recover that party’s costs and attorneys’ fees from the other party.
SUN APPAREL FREIGHT POLICY
- Mainland - Free Freight is available for all orders over $200.00 per order shipping. Amounts split between multiple locations do not qualify. Shipments must be made via FedEx Ground or carrier of Sun Apparels choice to qualify (LTL may ship a different carrier). Drop shipments qualify, except American Apparel. Sun Apparel delivery available, additional charges may be applied. Please contact your CSR for more information.
- Hawaii - Free Sun Apparel delivery for orders over $150 being delivered in Aiea – Honolulu (Ward Ave) Areas. Orders under $150 are subject to a $15 delivery fee.
- QTees - Free freight on drop ship and special orders for orders over $370 shipping Ground only (Hawaii excluded, however, qualifies for Hawaii customer orders being shipped to Fullerton location to be put on the transfer container to Hawaii).
- General Rules – The Sun Apparel Freight Policy is subject to change at any time without notice. Closeout goods do NOT qualify for free freight. Orders received before 4:00 PM shipping via Fedex will ship the same day. NOTE: We make every effort to ship same day for orders placed after 4:00 PM as well. Orders shipping via SUN APPAREL truck will be scheduled for delivery ASAP to fit into the delivery schedule. Shipping charges include insurance.
THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING
- SUN APPAREL assumes no responsibility for discrepancies on orders received by a third party. Please have recipient check the order carefully.
MINIMUMS
- None
- Samples may be purchased at the piece price and are not returnable.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- All orders are shipped C.O.D. cash, wire transfer or credit card until company check or net 30 terms are approved. Cashier’s check requires prior approval, money orders are not accepted.
- Visa or Master Card is accepted upon receipt of a signed and approved authorization form and are subject to a loss of cash discount of 2.5%.
- Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 surcharge and company check privileges may be revoked.
SALES TAX
- SUN APPAREL does not collect retail sales tax and will only sell to open accounts with valid resale permits.
SPECIAL ORDERS
- If SUN APPAREL does not stock the style or color of a product manufactured by a brand we carry, we will special order the product at your request.
- If you will have an ongoing program in a style or color not carried by SUN APPAREL ask us about our special stocking program.
- Special orders may not be returned or canceled after shipment from the manufacturer.
PRICING
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
PRIVACY
- By providing my phone number to Sun Apparel, I agree and acknowledge that Sun Apparel may send text messages to my wireless phone number for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary, and you will be able to Opt-out by replying “STOP”. For more information on how your data will be handled please see our privacy policy. Please note: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
